&lt;P&gt;Have you tried &lt;A href="https://help.autodeskforma.com/en/articles/6946039-designing-in-3d-sketch" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;3D Sketch&lt;/A&gt;? It's a bit like SketchUp inside of Forma (freeform tooling with both 2D and 3D capabilities), and it does have the tools you mention plus more.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Idea - Line (can make basic draw)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be good to be able to do basic 2D drawing (Rectangle, Trim, Fillet, Circle, etc.). The user does not need to jump to Sketchup, just create 2D following CAD files.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
