Forma project bricks when I move environmental building data

Hello,

When I adjust the altitude of all the buildings in the context of my project, I can no longer open it once I close the project. It will give an error and I have tried this with 3 individual projects and the same kept happening.
I need to adjust the height of the contextual buildings so the base of the building touches the terrain because it is currently clipping through it. Is there any solutions or alternatives to this?
