Geometry limit for analyze

Hello, currently im trying to test if forma could analyze the finished model from revit to be updated into forma in order to be analyzed. I exported it into IFC and break it into 4 objects as the attached image. the thing is, it couldnt run the analysis and said that the geometry too complex even if i already exported only the facade. only the wind direction and comfort analysis works.

here is the list of the geometry count every model:

(1) podium = 1652

(2) tower = 3878

(3) tower = 5870

(4) tower = 3878

but when i only import the podium model, all analysis can be run. i want to know the total geometry limit in order for forma could run the analysis properly. thanks.

You are right: for analyses such as sun hours, daylight, solar energy, or even microclimate (which relies on underlying sun and daylight analyses), there could be limitations to the limit of detailed geometries that they can handle. In fact, there is a threshold that prevents them from running if your entire proposal includes more than 5M triangles.

However, what I could see from the first screenshot here is that your analysis were started, and then failed, which make me think that you did not reach the 5M threshold, so in this specific case, it looks like something else is the issue here.
