There would be greta, if there will be possibility to generate parcel division based on size, width and type of layout, incl. parcel for road. Something similiar than in CityEngine.

Hi,

for example you have area divided into zones with basic concept of roads
(core transportation system). You have the basic urban plan designed.

1 residential zone - family houses
2 residential zone - block of flats
3 commercial zone
4 industrial zone etc.

For further development and area report you need to split zones into
parcels and then precise the building concept.

So the tool should divide e.g. Zone 1 into individual parcels of specified
size and then place house/building of specified parameters/or from library.

The same with other zones. Just to know, how much of the available land
will be used for individual parcels of specified purpose and how much for
roads, parks etc. This is core information before we start to plan the
buildings.

Hi, it depends. The generator should divide zones, not whole site.
