[ FlexSim 17.0.2 ]

016768-boeing-autoclave-3-oven-scenario.fsm

I have 3 ovens. I pick up parts and drop them off at oven one. As soon as oven one door closes I want to stop the cycle time for that oven. I then pickup parts and drop them off in oven two, stop the time for that oven when door closes. Finally pick up parts and drop them off at oven three and stop the time for that oven. So there will be three separate timers. Oven one timer will start at the beginning of the cycle then stop. Oven two timer will start then until the parts are dropped off. Then timer 3 will start till dropped off. As of know I just have the cycle times typed in text above the ovens. But I would like to have a running clock like I do for the total cycle time.

I added a closed label to each door. When the Process Flow closes each door it also sets the closed label. Then in the Text Display code I set a time label only when the corresponding door is closed. That way the time is updated like the total cycle time until the door closes.

016768-boeing-autoclave-3-oven-scenario-edit.fsm

EDIT:

If you wanted the timers to start one after another:

016768-boeing-autoclave-3-oven-scenario-edit2.fsm
