Cannot send item to stations using decision point logic and photo eye.

I want to be able to send the item to individual stations from the main line (in the center) and then merge back once the item is processed. I followed an example of someone sending boxes using Decision points and Photo eye ( https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/73301/pass-station-on-conveyor-if-it-is-in-use.html). For some reason i am unable to send the items to the individual stations that extend out of the main line like a fishbone.

The idea was to find the state of the photo eye and send the item through it to the desired station if it is idle. I tried connecting the decision point (DP3) to the Station 8 but for some reason i am failing to extract the state of the object and send the item there. The code below is in the DP3 on Arrival. Please recommend me what i should do

An item must be rerouted before its leading edge has passed the respective transfer.

If moving the DP back is not possible you could reduce the size of the item while increasing the shape factor to keep the visual size constant. Then use the spacing settings on the conveyor to enforce the correct distance between items.
