[ FlexSim 23.1.3 ]

Hey guys! Hope all is well with you.

Well, I'm using the Combiner that needs to join 1 unit from Queue 1 + 1 unit from Queue 2 so that the Product is sent to the output, but as you can see in the image it's only considering Port 2. How can I solve it?

Because port one is a default port to collect a container item. One item is always entering through port one. And it it only one item.

It is a default permanent active behavior. First item of port 1 is needed for a combiner. And it the only item a combiner can work with from input port one!

Edit: perhaps it is getting more obvious, if you read about this object in the reference manual.

A combiner receives independently from his components list always one item and only one item from input port number 1. But any item is allowed to enter a combiner by port one. It needs some effort to place next items inside a standard first item.

You could try to identify the shapeindex.

I go by the item name "Box" or "Pallet". Output function Send to Port needs a Port By Case evaluating
item.name
and cases by "Box" and "Pallet" to divert items to the right queue. Then your model starts to work in a simplified way.

Please let it run a bit longer. Then you can also think about sending pallets to different combiners depending on item label name "Esquerda" in Queue "Direita".
