The primary navigator to use here is the AGV module. Since it has the inbuilt functionality of adding trailers at its back or front. Along with the AGV module, process flow has to be used with the attach-detach trailer or couple-uncouple train functionalities to facilitate the tugger movement. Operator loading-unloading will also be a part of the process flow.

You will get a lot of examples from here. Just search AGV trailer, tugger, etc.

https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/82964/how-to-increase-capacity-of-dolly-in-a-agv-tugger.html

https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/67231/how-to-change-an-unloading-sequence-for-agv-traile.html

To build this scenario which elements I should use in flexsim. I have attached representative image from internet.

You see a driver as something you load or unload to vehicle.
A basic material flow works without any support of vehicles or operators. Later you enhance your model with additional delays. These are for example supporting transports by vehicle, operator or teams of them. For more details you put person objects into a model. As long as they don’t delay any process they are only visually present. If they participate then you transport them like any other item by vehicles. You can load, move or transfer them. These three keywords are parts of command function or methods. Please look yourself for them in Flexscript API or command manual.
