Hello, I received a model saved in 24.1 and my current desktop version is 24.0.2. Upon opening the received file, I get this error message below. When I try to upgrade my License, it states that I have the updated verison. Can you guide how I can upgrade to a new version?

You can either upgrade your current installation from the landing page.

Or you download the installer for the newest version from your FlexSim Account, so you can have both versions installed in parallel.

After you have installed the new version you will then need to upgrade your license to use all its features.
