Object and entity size

We have issues with object sizes. It seems like the CAD file we imported has a much larger scale than objects, so when adding objects (like beds) to the map we need to increase sizes a lot to make them visible. The problem is when adding patients. We tried to increase the size of entities (patients in our model) when they are created but it doesn't work and patients aren't visible in our model at all.

How can we make the entity (patient) size similar to other objects?

It would be better to scale the CAD layout down, rather increase the size of objects. Otherwise you'd also need to increase the speed of all travellers to get realistic travel times and the traveled distance (if measured) would be wrong as well.
