I want to create a station with one worker and include the time taken to complete one piece, how do i do it?

FlexSim has plenty of tutorials that will help you. https://docs.flexsim.com/en/23.1/Tutorials/FlexSimBasics/BasicsOverview/BasicsOverview.html

You would control this with the processing time on the 3D object.

You may find that a process flow is best for this where the token represents the worker's state in the cycle of : collect an item take it to an available resource, wait for the operation to finish, repeat until you're finished with the items' process steps then collect a new item.
