Problems finding slots in different zone IDs

[ FlexSim 23.2.1 ]

For the love of god I cannot figure out why Find Slot doesnt work properly in my model.

I have a bunch of racks, some with zoneID HBL and one with zoneID PBL. If i query using WHERE slot.zoneID == "HBW" I get a slot if i query with WHERE slot.zoneID == "PWL" or WHERE slot.zoneID != "HBW" I get nothing.

Attach is a model where anything else but the racks have been removed, just to illustrate the issue.

@Guldberg, I printed all zoneID of slots in a querySlot by "SELECT slot.zoneID" as an Array to an ouptut console. There wasn't any "PWL" zoneID.

Sry, my bad. Typo when creating the PWL rack. Doesnt fix the error though.

The error relates to reserving the slot for an item to which token.item is trying to refer - but it does not exist. You can delete the content of this field if you don't have an item for slot reservation.

Could you elaborate? Even if I create and item I get the same error.

This is is just a dummy example I created.

I tried to do the same in a new model where it worked just fine.

Its like it doesnt want to accept anything else but HBW

Yes - I can see that - something's not right. This should list all the ZoneIDs but it does not:

Storage.system.querySlots("SELECT slot.zoneID GROUP BY slot.zoneID",0)

The same is true for aisles, where aisle 16 and 17 are not listed:

Storage.system.querySlots("SELECT slot.aisleID GROUP BY slot.aisleID",0)

That explains why I never got any flow to these aisles. Just didnt bother looking into that issue yet. Odd. I can see that they are part of the storage system in the model tree

Cant tell why, but if delete aisle 15 it works. 16+17 + pwl. Odd. Oh well, must have been a corrupt node somehow.

@Jason Lightfoot , there are more than 34.000 slots. Does there exist a limit of slots in a warehouse or by undertaken a query? I mean, querySlots returns an array, And it is not a table anymore like it would be as a normal table or list query.

I don't think so, but even so the above queries should only return small arrays (2 ~10 elements).

Just to sum up if anybody experience the same problem. The culbrite was a failty rack node. After deleting and replacing the element it worked fine.
