Hello, I have model of assembly line with 22 cycling pallets. At the begging operator unload chassis on pallet.

From excel I imported data with arrival time. This is historical time from our real assembly line, when OPload unload chassis on the pallet on EntryLifter. Do you have any idea, how I can match the time of this process with my real imported data? (which I imported them to Real time DP1 and source in processflow)

Second question, each chassis has label from the excel (GEN9, MT.OLYMPUS,...) I would like to process on each processor of the line only when the pallet includes chassis, and set process time by label. How can I do it please? The reason I want empty pallet to not process.

@Lukas Buchta, if a working model become to large to attach it to a post, you can build a much smaller model to share.
If you don’t want to process an empty pallet, then check if the pallet is empty:
reference to the pallet as treenode and then you evaluate subnodes.length

Strip out any large 3D files if you can - create simplified versions if possible.

Hello, sorry i had problem with my computer. I made another simple model. From real assembly line I have a time of scanning by operators, when the product leaves workstation. I need the station to release the token and continue to the next station in the same time, like I have in the global table. I guess i need to push the time to the list and on the station it should wait for event.. Thank you very much for any help!

@Joerg Vogel thank you very much I used it in the model and it works. Now just need to solve the implementation of the real data from assembly line as i posted. Thank you
