[ FlexSim 24.2.2 ]

Hello, I am developing a simulation for a packaging line for food. I have a mass flow conveyor that distributes products to 4 processors. The real plant is designed in such way the infeed flow is divided evenly to the 4 legs. When one of the 4 processor fails, the conveyor system disable the corresponding leg and activate the 5th processor, then deviates the product to the latter, always evenly.

To achieve the uniform distribution I used the conveyor option "Percent of upstream width". When a fault occurs I reallocate the percentage in the breakdown and repair code. The problem is that I cannot achieve a deterministic behaviour. In the model attached for example, I am able to activate correctly the 5th leg, but I am not able to re-establish the nominal behaviour after the repair.

I am trying to attach the model without success. I will try to post the question and add the model later.
