Flexsim 2022 bug fix not installing

Hello! I need to install the next bug fix (22.0.2, as seen in the next photo) for my current version. I would like to install all bug fixes in the end, but not even installing the next one is working.

When I try to update, it stays like in the next video forever and doesn´t even start instaling.
