Chinese character mess up when write data to Oracle database

the chinese character mess up when write data to Oracle database from flexsim by odbc. but the english character is ok. the problem is shown in the picture.

We tried many methods and failed to solve the problem，but there are some tips:

1/ the Oracle database can successfully write Chinese character by other tool,such as sqlplus OR navicat.

2/ we also have changed the encoding method of oracle database to utf-8, but the Chinese character still mess up when write data to Oracle DB by ODBC or dbconnnector of flexsim.

Dear Chaoqiong, we suggest that you searches how to solve the messed chinese character when writing into Oracle database firstly.

I will second @Shiny Xu's suggestion. When you export the Chinese characters from FlexSim - not into an Oracle database, but rather a regular export - do they export correctly?

It sounds like the error is on the Oracle DB end, although it's possible that FlexSim is partly responsible, in which case we would want more information about the method you're using to export the data.
