Problem with setup time "by time of day"

From the attached model, I would like 1125 sec of setup at 05:00 am and 722sec at 09:48 am. But I don't understand why, the processor set triple setup at 05:00 am and five setup at 09:00 am.

Hi,

The option By time of the day is not the one you need for your problem. Whith this option, the duration of your setup will vary during the day, but there will be a setup before every process (if it's 0sec, you just can't see it, but it "exists").

What you want is different, you need only one Setup at an exact moment. For that, you should use a Time Table. I let you watch the configuration of it, and ask me questions if you need.

I used a Down Function which doesn't exist normally in a Time Table, I copied and pasted it from the options of an MTBF/MTTR.
