How do I get the patient's provider connected to token in Create Token?

In the Create Token activity in the MD Exam set of activities In the attached model, how do I get the MD connected to the token in the"Token Created" Activity? The created token goes through the activities in the MD Recorded Notes activity set but the MD stays at the exam table.

If you check the Label Access on Parent Only checkbox on the Create Token activity then it will all work like you want. Checking that box makes the child token act as a proxy for the parent token and you don't need to worry about acquiring or releasing resources from the child token since it's all treated as if it were the parent token.

I made some adjustments to your model, so it should now work as you intended. The main things I had to change were just some minor settings in some of the process flow activities you were having trouble with. Here's the updated model: er-model-notes-1-rc.fsm
