    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, the Create Patient activity is where you decide what kind of patient to create. The kind of patient you create is a combination of 3 different things.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The 3D shape you want to use for that patient - choose a shape from the FlowItem Bin. (19.2 will have some more randomization options)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The Label Set they start off with (Toolbox &amp;gt; People Settings &amp;gt; Person Labels)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The Patient Flow they'll be using&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;And you also choose where in the model they show up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;I&gt;[ FlexSim 19.1.1 ]&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Exploring the new Healthcare in 2019.1 and I'm still trying to find how it works compared to the previous HC version. Specifically I'm trying to create different patient types that have different appearances and travel speeds. I've created different Patient Flows, each with their own arrival schedule, but I can find any documentation or way to change the type of patient created.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe I've figured it out. You can create different Paitents under the FlowItem Bin and then assign them to the different arrival Create Patient tasks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
