How to delay model operations until a specific time

Good Day,

I am working on a rail yard model that has the railcar movements only between the times 1430 and 0345. I am having trouble delaying the model so nothing happens during the down time but at 1430 it starts again. Is there a way to do this with a delay in process flow or does this have to be custome code?

How you implement this depends on the needs of your model. There is a function in the toolbox called MTBF/MTTR that can simulate breakdowns or shifts on objects.

You can also probably use the Time Table function to do what you are looking for. This may be what you are looking for. If you have any questions please let us know or refer to the Time Table in the User Manual.

Thank you so much Jeff and Adrian these both work great. For this model the time table works best but I have been reading about and testing both of them. Your help allowed me to learn even more. Thank both of you for taking the time to help.
