Statistics collector Outpur per hour

When trying to set up the Output per Hour I get no values back. How can I fix this?

@Ale Does the StatisticsCollector1 table have an Output column and does that column have correct values?

@Ale It looks like you only have the output logged for time 0. Make sure that your timer event is set to repeating and the repeat time is 3600.

@Ale OK that is good.

I noticed you named the Statistics Collector and the Calculated table the same thing. I think there will be conflicts if you use the same name for both. Also make sure to replace StatisticsCollector1 in the query with the new name you give it.

After you fix the names, run the model and then look at the table of the Statistics Collector to see if it is collecting things correctly.

@Jacob Gillespie I did but no success. I don't know if this has to do because its batching that parts using a process flow and not a processor?

@Ale Can you show me the Statistics Collector table after running the model? The last screenshot you shared had 6 entries. There should be more than 6 entries even if it isn't collecting the right values.

I'm not sure what would be causing the timer event to not be repeating. Did you run the model for less than an hour in model time? Are the time units not in seconds?

You could attach the model and I will try and find the problem. If it is confidential you can make a private question that only FlexSim employees can see and upload the model there.

@Jacob Gillespie Yes, that's the problem I have the wrong units(hrs.). I have the model setup in hours and change the interval time to 0.5 hrs. Im able to see output now. The output that I'm getting is not accurate in my example below I have 10 pcs in my tote and I want to reflect that but instead the output that I get is 2. I attached the model as well.

@Ale You are getting the number 2 because the tote and all its pcs are all counted as 1. First PrepC2_1 takes the tote to PrepTC2_5 making the output go to 1 and then takes it to SolderQC2 making the output go to 2.

@Jacob Gillespie ok, didn't know it counts as one when the operator puts the tote on the workbench. What can I do so it only records the output when the operator drops the tote in the queue and gives me the output content of what is inside the tote only?
