How to created the call center with 24 hours with 2 months

Dear all ,

I would like to ask a question for created the call center simulation with Multiple channel phase system

for 24 hours ( for 8-9 weeks)

my data on below ( times ) this is an example only 1 weeks , the average handling time with agents is 120 seconds the models

if the arrival pattern is exponential and service pattern is constants (120 second for one calls )

But I would like to simulation like this with 2-3 months ,How can I set in the Flexsim ?

Hi, do you already have an example model for using your data one week? The big question I see is: Do you want to repeat always the same numbers?

You also could try to find a distribution that´s representing your data or you could create more data manually for the longer period.

I don't have the model for simulation by one weeks yet and Could you kindly help to recommend ?

for example if I want to created the 1 week first according in the data ,How can I set the simulation from Flexsim ? or I must do every hours by manually ( that's mean if 1 weeks => I must do 168 times (24*7) )

@Thanyawan C, I think you should have a look what different kind of sources FlexSim already offers. There also are different ways of including data to FlexSim. So I´m sure the manual effort should never be high. Sadly further it seems as your picture of the data is broken.
