Problem in Tutorial 1.2, Step 3, version 22.0 & version 22.1

While trying to run the tutorial

1.2 - Get Data from the 3D Model

, version 22.0 & version 22.1, on Step 3 – point 2. When I select Staytime I have to choose between 4 options, and I do not get both a new chart in the dashboard and a new statistics collector named WaitingLineStaytime in the Toolbox.

Dear @Joerg Vogel , thank you for your answer am I sorry to insist on this, but the problem is that for this case, and following the answer from the previous question ("With that chart selected, look at the properties on the right. At the bottom there should be a button that says "install". Click that button. ") I can not find any install button on the bottom of the window.

Hello @Manuel F. Silva, I think the missing of a button is an important information, which you should mention in a question, if a previous answer doesn’t lead to a satisfying solution. I support your interest for working tutorials. I know it better from 4 times new introduced chart mechanisms since I have been building models and scripts for students. Currently tutorials were outstanding good made for versions before 21. But I think, they are all working really hard to get an update soon. Perhaps someone will publish a video to shortcut currently problems in the manual.

Dear @Joerg Vogel thank you for your answer - I have no doubt that they are probably working hard on this but since I am still starting with FlexSim, and I do not have extensive experience, every time I face a problem I try to understand if it is my problem or not.

It's hard to know how to help further without looking at your model. To receive a more accurate solution, please post your model or a sample model that demonstrates your question.
