How to build a initial stock?

[ FlexSim 23.0.2 ]

I have a modele which combine a box and pallet to make it a new product which is put in a rack. what i want to do now, is to generate a initial stock with the combine product. i create a model which generate a box, but i want it to be the combine product i created. is it possible ? someone can help me with this ?

For each token:

Create a pallet
create 10 products
move the products to the pallet
move the pallet to the rack.

i did this but it doesn't work as i want.

when i move pallet to the rack, pallets overlap and then the boxes.

Use the pallet from the user library I posted here and then make your racks large enough to take the full pallet and also add the clause to the query to check the slot has space.

Thank you it works, but change visuel works for pallet but not for box, do you know why?

Your box label is an array of twenty boxes - you need to change the visual of each one - use a subflow or a code snipper to loop through the array and set the color.

i use sub flow to do it but it doesn't work

You just need to tighten up your naming conventions.

Use items for the array of products you create.

Then use the subflow to label each child token with an element from that array:

Every token in the subflow is still just accessing the entire array of items.

You either need to assign each subflow token a reference to an indiidual item or you move the creation itself into the subflow and each token only creates a single item.
