Unable to uninstall FlexSim

[ FlexSim 22.0.8 ]

When uninstalling FlexSim in the customer's environment, the message "Uninstallation has been canceled" is displayed and the uninstallation is not possible.
I have tried all of the following, but the issue is not resolved.

Have you tried after a reboot or in safe mode? Can you reinstall/repair first?

Sorry for the delay in contacting you.

The issue has not been resolved.

I have tried uninstalling in safe mode, but I am unable to uninstall the program.

Are there any other workarounds?

The top item of this search is a Microsoft troubleshooter that you could try.

Which version of windows do they have, and which version of FlexSim are you uninstalling? Do they have admin rights? Was it installed as part of Software Centre or some other central services?

Windows is version 10 and FlexSim version to uninstall is 22.0.8. Also, the user has admin rights and is not using the software center or anything like that.

Hello @tomonori S, Try running the 22.0.8.msi installer again. When you try to install it again, it will give you the option to repair or remove, which is when you choose remove. If that doesn't work, then please run the Microsoft Troubleshooter that Jason linked to give information regarding why it can't be removed. Please let us know what it says.

We received reports from users. I was able to remove it by running the msi installer for 22.0.8 again.
