When looking at your model the you should just be referencing the dispatcher to handle which operator will work on a task. I have changed that in the model I have attached. (Just for visual I had the item change color after each task.) As for working on an item at the same time Sebastian's answer works very well. In his case you could also use a Synchronize Activity instead of the "Sync List." (There is a tutorial that you can view to help build a model with the Sync Activity.)

modelo3-flexsim.fsm

[ FlexSim 19.1.0 ]

Imagine a manual station of window gluing in a automotive assembly line. Cycle time of 14 minutes. Two operators, each one has his separate tasks, like pre assemblies and rear/ front window preparation. When they have to fit the window on the body, they need both working together.

I tried multiprocessor, but it has the process one followed by the next. I have to make both operators work independently in the same itemtype and at two points work together also in the same itemtype.

The assembly line is stop and go.

Sounds as if you should build the processes (times) in Process Flow and Synchronize the parts the operators have to do together. Using a list would be the best way I think.

If you want further information or any help, please share a(n) (example-) model with us!

This is a very simple model of what I want to do. modelo3-flexsim.fsm

In the processor, I added some of the activities. But the pre assemblies, both operator can do at the same time, it does not have to follow a sequence.

The model does not even work like that.

So I´ve attached a model that hopefully meets your needs.

You can add further Processes or Sync Processes. Hope you can Figure out, what I did!?

19299-modelo3-flexsim-sh.fsm
