recommendation for using Floor Storage with Global Table create Order

Hello, I wanna recommendation for using floor storage. For create order incoming using Global Table, I wanna give picker pick item follow location on creating order incoming (Follow list on created Global Table).In one floor storage there are 2 columns and 3 rows, How to set Location such as pick row 1 column 2 and then use picker pick item follow that location. and last question Can I coding for creating order incoming? )

Here is a small example model. I created a global table that has the column and row of the item I want picked in each row of the table. My process flow goes through this global table one location at a time, finds the item in the model that corresponds with that location, and then the picker loads the item and unloads it in a queue.

If something does not seem to correspond correctly to what you described, please elaborate. If you have a sample model that would provide information of what you are trying to accomplish, please upload that as well.

Thank You for your help. May I ask one question? If I have many floor storage and want to pick item different floor storage, how to determine or set floor process for giving the picker to know where and how to go or travel.

and I found mistake something, I created source connect to floor storage but item not distribute another cell, It stack on one cell, follow the model u gave me, item distributed all cell. I want like that, How to solve ?

@Paul P9 What item is not distributed to anthother is the default 'Slot Assignment Strategy''s setting to 'First Slot with Space'(default). You can change it to 'Random Bay, Level and Slot...' and then you can find the items to be distributed to random slots.

A few minutes thinking, It's two way to solve your issue but the better way will be suggested by someone able to do it.

Anyway, the first is to use ONE very large Floor storage with not storable slot and then so separating the ONE Floor Storage to several areas. It's advantage is to control it because you can control ONE F.L slots.

The second is to use several Floor Storages and then should control them separetely.

When using Floor Storage, you should use 'Pick Offset' and 'Place Offset' not using general 'travel' for picking and placing' items in the Floor Storage(like Rack).
