As @steven.hamoen mentioned, some additional information would be helpful in answering whatever question you might have.

But in an attempt to cut off this issue at the pass, I've thought of two scenarios that may be behind your question:

#1 - You just signed up for your FlexSim Account, you've downloaded and installed the software, you're browsing around your profile, and you come upon the licenses page. It is empty. Why is that?

FlexSim is a commercial product and requires a license code to fully enable all of its features. Your profile initially has no licenses, but you can contact your local FlexSim distributor directly to ask about a trial license and a quote.

#2 - You work for a company that owns a FlexSim license. You just signed up for your own FlexSim Account so that you can get access to your company's license. However, the license isn't there! Why not?

Well, you just signed up and we have no idea that your account should be associated with a valid license. However, the owner of the license within your company can now share their FlexSim licenses with you. They can enable this sharing from within their FlexSim Account's sharing page. They will just need to know the email address you used in signing up for your FlexSim Account. Once the license owner has shared licenses with you, you will need to log out of your FlexSim Account and log back in to see the change.
