The problem was in the "Send to Port" logic of the "RERP" queue. Since you were using Port By Case, it was only sending the boxes to one of the combiners instead of both. I just changed the Send to Port logic to First Available. Since you have the Input logic on the two Combiners for which item types to pull through each port, removing any restrictions on the RERP queue allows items to go to both combiners.

dispatcher-2-multi-rc.fsm

I hope this helps!

[ FlexSim 21.2.2 ]

The problem is in the path of the AGV, I need that after the AGV leaves the 5 boxes in the 1st combiner, it goes back to the queue "RERP" and takes the 5 boxes to combiner2.

In my model, only combiner1 is working. How can I fix this problem?

I send my file as an attachment. Thank you for your attention.
