I wnat a processor to work only for one part of the day (lets say 8:00 to 8:30 am - or 30 min), and for the rest of the simulation that goes from 8:00 am to 5:pm (so from 8:30 am to 5:pm) it should be "off" and the respective queu should acumulate articles.

How can i specify that in the processing time of the processor?

You can use a Time Table object in the Toolbox to create scheduled down times.

In the manual there is a section that outlines the functions and uses of a Time Table:

https://answers.flexsim.com/articles/22963/time-tables-concepts-16.html
