How do i flush the queue group in sequential way?

Hello,

In the attached model i tried to create a distribution process based on the item from the queue groups by using a single forklift in a sequential way.

While distributing the item should be flushed by batch as mentioned in the batching option in queue but it is not flushed as a batch. Can anyone help with that?

Looking at your model, the queues seem to flush as they are supposed to do. So maybe you could explain in a little more detail what is supposed to happen and when. Like, do you want each queue to be emptied before moving to the next queue? Which queue should go first, etc.

I took a guess as to what your are looking for which is, empty all the queues in order, see attached model.

Take a look at the model and see if something like this would work for you.

Thank you in advance!

1. I need to move batch of 10 item at a time from queue c9 to queue 1

2. after that move batch of 6 item from queue c13 to queue 2 (not as individual item but as batc)

3. after that move batch of 4 item from queue c15 to queue 3

4. Queue must be emptied in sequential way from c9 queue to c15 queue ( emptied once after once) (The same cycle continues again and again)

I tried to flush the content in batch but it didn't work. Please suggest if there is any other way to do that.

Attached is the previous model that I sent you with the modifications that I've made to it.

Take a look at the model and see if it is now doing what you are wanting it to do. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know.
