To do this you will need to go to each of the templates in your dashboards and install them. This will create a stats collector for them if you do not already have them referencing a stats collector.

Then you can go to the Excel import/export interface, and then create a new export Table for each stats collector you have. Select the same excel workbook for each of them, but set each to a different sheet. Also deselect "Use Column Headers" and then use the sampler to select each stats collector.

[ FlexSim 19.0.2 ]

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to export several dashboards to one Excel file. For now, I have only been able to use "Export All Dashboards to CSV option", which creates separate files. Is it possible to export the data to specific cells in a specific excel file?

Thank you in advance,

Thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately, I have not been able to see the output of the dashboards in the Excel file. I think it has to do with the format of the stats collectors created. If I export them individually to a CSV file it works, but if I do it using the Excel import/export interface, it doesn't export them and nothing shows in the file. Any idea about what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks.

Sorry for late answer, I attach an example of what I want to do. There are 3 different dashboards that need to be exported to different sheets in the excel file. I installed them into a statistic collector as explained but I haven't been able to export them to Excel.

Thank you in advance.

@Idoia A

Sorry for the late reply. Looks like I was incorrect about my assumptions for exporting the statistics collector tables to Excel using the Import/Export tool. When I did it I used the Export Data button before using the tool so I thought I was getting correct data when in actuality it was never exporting. I notified the Development team that this should be a feature for future releases.

Till then, I wrote a script that you can execute whenever you want to while your program is running and it will export the tables. I'ts not super pretty, but it works, let me know if there is any way I can help customize it for any changes you have made to your model since you last uploaded. It uses a "Dump" table to copy all the data from the statistics collector tables, then exports the Dump table.
