Operator picking items from moving conveyor

Hi -

Is there a way the operator can pick the items at an "unloading point" on a conveyor and stage it in a queue. Missed items will recirc back to the unloading point.

I would appreciate any help with this.

Yes you need to uncheck "Stop at end" in the exit Transfer's quick properties shown here

And before that you need to send the items to the exit Transfer - eg from a decision point. Example attached.

Hi Jason,

What can I do if my operator just pick some items as in the example, but I want that the operator pick all the items (In the order that they arrive), not skippingQuestion.fsm anything.

You have to check 'Stop an End'. Otherwise items that move past the exit transfer will not be picked up anymore.

Using a dispatcher should work as it does normally. Maybe check if all connections are correct and the 'Use Transport' option is set correctly.

Thanks ! I also increase the size of the exit Transfer and that helps.
