how to add a demand in a single line pull system?

hello,

we have a single line model and we want to apply the pull system on this model.

Our demand should be 15 units per hour.

how do you add this demand in this single line pull model?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for. But lists allow for the movement of items in "push/pull" manner. When items arrive you can "push" them onto a list, which can then be pulled from. The "pulling" creates backorders on the list when those items have not yet arrived on the list. Is this along the lines of what you're looking for?

@Sébastien D I saw your model and include the Inter-Arrivaltime do 15 units / hour at Source1 and changed the flow / output from By Expression to First Available in order to start the model. Now you can see the dashboards with production / hour information, I hope that can be helpfull for your model idea and Lean concepts!
