[ FlexSim 20.0.10 ]

Hello,

In my model, there are 3 input sources connected to a combiner. In that I want to use combine mode "Join" to combine items from 2 input sources. Whereas the item from the 3rd input source should just pass through the combiner without joining any other item with the same process time.

How to achieve this?

<S>Use a processor instead!</S>

If you can assign a label at third item from previously 3rd input port, you can send it through input port number one and update component list On Entry trigger in this manner, that this column for 2nd input port number and above does not add other components at all. Please look at my answer here

The only input that can pass through the combiner without any components added is that on port1. You could try dynamically changing the port numbers (messy and probably unsupported) - but it sounds like this would be better done through a BasicFR and Object Process flow.

Can you please provide an example using a BasicFr or Object Process flow?
