How to make Operators help other Operators after completing their own tasks?

Hello,
I am creating a Picking model, which consists of 5 Racks. I want to make each group of Operators help other groups of Operators to pick up when they complete their own tasks, to observe the effect of different people completing the picking operation.

How can I do this operation?

Hello @Shawn

You could set a max wait time on acquiring an operator from the original picking group. Once the max time is reached the token could then be released to another acquire activity that is connected to a resource with a group that contains all the operators.
