Why are patients not acquiring free registration chairs?

Patients are not acquiring registration chairs that are seemingly available. I don't see any tokens lower down in the flow that have shared assets mentioning registration chairs. I have saved the acquired registration chair in a specific label (RegChair) on the patient and am releasing via the same label:

You had a mismatch in your chair logic. You were acquiring any Registration Staff and then acquiring any Registration Chair. So you weren't guaranteed to get the chair in front of the staff you acquired. But, in the assign labels activity you would figure out which chair corresponded to the staff you acquired and then you would tell the patient to walk to that chair (which isn't guaranteed to be the chair you acquired). So the empty chairs you were seeing were empty, but acquired by a patient sitting in a different chair.

I changed your logic slightly by moving the Assign Labels activity up before the Acquire Reg Chair activity. Then in the Reg Chairs resource I set the Location to be token.RegChair. That way you're acquiring the chair in front of the staff you just acquired.
