HC: Request of Nurse that has higher skilllevel

In HC, I would like request nurse. Our preference is for those that has higher skill level (or we can also use label). May I know how do we implement that?

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but you could use something called Alternate groups. First create two groups of Nurses instead of one. (Have the higher qualified nurse(s) be in a different group.) Then in your toolbox select the green '+' and select Alternate Groups to create a new Alternate Group. Add both groups of nurses to the Alternate Group list.

Now in your patient track, when selecting a Staff requirement, you can select the Alternate Group for any task that can be accomplished by any nurse. OR if the task specifically requires the higher qualified Nurse(s) you can select that group specifically.

Thanks but this is not what I am looking for. On the same group of resource, how do I assign nurse based on skill level or label value?

In the attached model, I want the middle nurse with the higher skill level to be used first subsequently other nurses. Thanks

If you want the red nurse to be chosen in priority to the other nurses, then just have her be first on the list in nurse group. By default the model will choose first available. If the higher skill nurse is higher on the list she will be picked first, and then if she's not then the task will go to the subsequent nurses down the list.
