[ FlexSim 22.2.2 ]

I have managed to recreate a UR5 robot model for my digital environment, however whenever I need to start some procedure to test it, it deforms as follows in the attached form:

The robot:

After Run:

Could someone help me on how to solve this problem?

Pretty sure the UR5 isn't supported 'out of the box' as the joint configuration doesn't match that of the FlexSim robot.

Is this due to the number of joints?

What I think strange is precisely this movement of it "growing" along with the deformation, it's not simply as if the pieces just got messed up

I would update each components reset position. You find it in right mouse button menu, when you are in tree view over an object node.

A reset position stores more than a location.

have you done your update by a video tutorial?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_N_ORob95uE
