[ FlexSim 16.1.0 ]

Hi, I have exception: HTML Frame Load Error 37 Encountered: Couldn't read a file:// file. I've heard that polish signs in my account could be reason of this, so I’ve changed it and also reinstall FlexSim but the exception still appears. Because of that dashboard does not work as well as user manual etc. Can someone help me please..?

You might review the Q&A linked in @Adrian Haws' answer:

That Q&A finishes with the report that this issue was fixed in the 16.0.3 bugfix release (and 16.1.1 update).

If you are using a version of FlexSim older than 16.0.3 or 16.1.1, please upgrade to apply the fix.

If you are already using a version of FlexSim higher than 16.0.3 or 16.1.1, and you are still seeing the "HTML Frame Load Error 37" error message, please try a couple of other solutions that may fix the problem, including:

run Windows Update to apply all updates and patches
try right-clicking the FlexSim application icon and choosing Run as Administrator
reinstall the Visual C++ redistributable package
update Microsoft's API to load external libraries

If none of the above updates fix the error, please do the following:

start a new question (the question on this page already has an accepted answer for its version and circumstances. Probably your situation is different, and as such should be a new, standalone question)
indicate what version of FlexSim you are currently using
steps to duplicate the bug
whether you've had opportunity to duplicate the bug on any other computers, or if it is a problem affecting only a particular computer
Windows version
any other information you think might be useful.
