Hi Joshua, it ok now. Thanks. Somehow there seems to be an offset between "write to" address declaration in Flexsim and the PLC. Meaning in Flexsim, Photosensor writes to address #1 but it actually triggers X0 in the PLC. its working now . But is there really such an offset in address ?

[ FlexSim 19.1.1 ]

Hi I am connecting a flexsim model to a Mitsubishi PLC ( with GX3 programming software ). I am using Modbus TCP. The flexsim model and screenshots of my settings are attached.

While the Flexsim 3D model and Process model is running OK, I don't see the changing status of the I/O under monitor mode in my PLC software . I would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks

Tom,

Sorry about the delayed response. I don't have an answer to your follow-up question about the address offset. This could be something FlexSim related, but we've never tested FlexSim against a Mitsubishi PLC or the GX3 programming software, so it's hard to say. I'm glad you've figured out the issue, though.

Hi @Tom W3 I react to your question related to connectivity over modbus and I hope, you might help me. I want to connect Flexsim to PLC Misthubishi melsec IQ-R.

Data PLC to computer looks correct

But Flexsim read data wrong. Instead of reading 0 and 1, there are values like

on other computer, I can not read nothing in Output Console.

Do you know why?
