How to make people to wait along the travelling path?

In my model people will generate from a source and walks through given mandatory path and reaches a waiting line and walks to Q2 and then to Q3 . I've given delay time and zoning in Q2 area which will allow only one person at a time, this will make other incoming persons to wait in waiting line and they will form a straight line which will block the incoming mandatory path. After the waiting line capacity(let 11 persons) i want people to wait in incoming path. (Entire model was done in process flow)

Why don't you just use waiting lines instead of the mandatory paths? See this model for an example.

I've attached a simple model to explain my need, but actually mandatory path is must needed in my project and waiting line should be small. Is there any way to do it with out waiting line extension?
