[ FlexSim 18.2.3 ]

Hi I have used the global table to create a sequence of pallet picking from different sources. But I dont know what to do when the rows in the columns end. Please can anyone help me? I need to know How can I command the it read the table again from where it started once the rows are finished in a single simulation circle.

Can you upload your model to show your method of reading from the global table?

7012019.fsmHi @Joshua S, thanks for the reply.

I have attached the module with my comment, please have a look at it.

To give you a bit more explanantion:

I am design an assembly process where the pallet sequence is P1P1P2P3P3P4P1P1P2P3P3P4...... There are 4 types of pallets and they are released in the sequence(as mentioned before). To lauch these pallets into the system, I have made use of 4 sources and 4 separators. For the first step I am making use of the Global list to define the sequence of the pallet. It all works good, but as soon as the rows in the list gets over, the whole sequence crashes.

Please let me know how can I keep the continuos loop.I am completely new to Flexsim. So please do let me know if there is better way of improving this system.

Thanks

Moving forward in general with FlexSim I would recommend how to use process flow, it will simplify a lot of what you are trying to do. In the meantime, whats the arrival time between each of these sequences, or between pallets?

Its 50 secs.

Yeah I should give Process Flow diagram a go.

Take a look at the changes to your model I made and the process flow activities that are used.
