Pull from List – No Wait removes all list items

Hi everyone,

I’m working with a Pull from List activity in Process Flow, and I’m trying to achieve the following behavior.

I have a list containing several items, and I want to pull only the items that have a specific value in one of the list columns.

I am currently using a Max Wait Timer set to No Wait, because I want the token to move to another point in the Process Flow once all the items in the list matching the specified column value have been exhausted.

However, when I use No Wait, it seems that all the elements currently present in the list are removed, including the ones that do not match the specified value.

Is there a way to configure the Pull from List activity so that:

once the elements matching the query are all pulled the other items remain in the list;
once there are no more matching items available, the token continues to another point in the Process Flow?

What would be the correct way to implement this behavior in FlexSim?

The Max Wait Timer should have no impact on what gets pulled. Can you attach an example model with your settings, so I can check what is happening?

To pull everything available you can just set the "Require Number" to 0 and the "Request Number" to a value that is guaranteed to be larger than the content of the list. That will make the token pull everything that matches the query and then continue.
