Resource only picks LineNo 1, and Unload leaves boxes on resource

Hi,

I'm building a warehouse picking simulation with Process Flow + Storage Systems. I have two issues:

Issue 1: Resource picks LineNo 1 then goes straight to door instead of looping through all LineNos of the Order.

Issue 2: At each pickface, I Load the pallet then load individual boxes from it. When I Unload the pallet back to the rack, the pallet is placed correctly but the boxes remain on the resource instead of being unloaded at the door.

Could someone please guide me on how to implement:
1. A correct loop structure that goes through all LineNos before proceeding to the door?
2. A Load/Unload pattern that picks only boxes from a pallet (leaving the pallet in place) and unloads the boxes at the door?
