Did you find a solution to this?

I'm having the same issue and can't fix it.

Try this steps (before installing DKU). It worked for me:

1. uninstall virtual machines (Boxes)

2. "yum remove open-vm-tools"

3. "virsh net-destroy default"

4. "virsh net-undefine default"

5. restart

I suppose you want to use Gnome as window manager. As far as I know, KDE is working very nice (but is so ugly, I admit 🙂 )

If that is the case please be aware that Autodesk does not support your system configuration. So if you would like to benefit from their support service you have to go with KDE.

Thanks Stefanita

I'm good with using KDE and just needed my machine to boot which it would not.

I think my issue might be a bad SSD boot drive. I swopped it out for a spinning drive and applied your steps and its back up and running.

Thanks so much
