I can't open my footage disk in Flame 2024.2,software prompts:scanning data has not yet started.I work on mac os 12.6，and"Full Disk access" to be enabled.

This is an issue that has been reported by many users but we have a hard time replicating it in our lab. Please open a support ticket so our agents can't investigate the issue and provide details s the development team can fix the issue.

安装flame以后会在完全磁盘访问里添加一些后台运行服务程序，都需要勾选上，我看你里面是空的，是不是安装的时候没有授权给它。

System Integrity Protection status: disabled.

System Integrity Protection will prevent applications and services from reading or writing in some areas of the file system.

Granting Full Disk Access to these applications and services will be necessary to make all features available when System Integrity Protection is enabled.

Flame Family Application and Services

✔ Stone+Wire Database Server (sw_dbd) has Full Disk Access.

✔ Stone+Wire Probe Server (sw_serverd) has Full Disk Access.

✔ IFFFS Wiretap Server (ifffsWiretapServer) has Full Disk Access.

✔ WireTap Gateway Server (wiretapgateway) has Full Disk Access.

✔ Flame Multi-Purpose Daemon (DLmpd) has Full Disk Access.

(Not having full disk access might prevent important features from working)

Other Services

✔ NFS Service (nfsd) has Full Disk Access.

(Not having full disk access might prevent collaboration with other machines on the network)

Tips: You can use <command> + <shift> + g to navigate to any path in the Full Disk Access browser.

It is not recommended to run with SIP disabled. You should always keep SIP enabled and ensure Flame Family products and services have Full Disk Access enabled to ensure smooth operation on macOS.

This issue only appears in MacOS version of FLAME, Linux version does not have this issue.It's so annoying and irritating , I am looking forward to this issue completely disappear in the future.

Later I found out that the address in the host was changed when installing nuke, and it was fixed after restoring the host. But recently this problem started to occur again, maybe the network environment has changed, annoying problem
