I want to know the number of minutes and seconds instead of the number of frames in the timeline panel.

As the title says, I'm having trouble editing a video in the Timeline tab.
I want to know not the number of frames but the number of minutes and seconds.
I want to know with the following notation.
"00:00:00: 00"

For 90F, say "00:00:03: 00".

I hope that the area surrounded by the red frame in the attached image will be written as "00: 00: 00: 00".

The number of seconds is calculated from the number of frames each time.

I'm sorry for the continuous throwing.
I searched the help page but couldn't find a solution ...
I would appreciate it if you could help me.

To toggle between Frames and Timecode in Flame, just press CONTROL+ALT/OPTION+T.

To add to Grant's solution, you may want to visit the Preferences panel's User Interface tab and have a look at the different customization you can make to the interface. The switch controlled by the shortcut Grant mentioned is in there (Time Display Mode).

It wasn't a CONTROL + ALT / OPTION + T hotkey, but I was able to switch between frame and timecode!
It was helpful!

I switched with CONTROL + ALT + T.
Maybe I was changing the hotkeys myself.

Where can I access the User Interface tab of the Settings panel and make various customizations that can be made to the interface?

I can't find the item to change to the time code in the settings of the attached image ...

I'm sorry if I overlooked it.

In the screenshot you posted you have the Preferences panel opened but the Timeline tab is selected at the top. Select User Interface at the top right and you will see the content change.
