Hi,

I have created a MD file and all simulation looks good, when I opened the .bas file (ATL+ F11) and it is empty.

Is that normal?

Thanks,

Nishanth.

Hi @Anonymous

That is normal. Some simulation files require some logic in the background to handle certain simulation. I feel this is mainly used on the multi-tasking (turning) side to control things like:

Where the sub spindle goes turning part transfer.

How the B axis head moves during tool change.

How the X axis moves since it is located on a 60 degree slant.

If you have built a mill (3 axis or 5 axis), then I don't think there is anything necessary to place there.

If simulation looks good, then I'd just let it go.

Cheers,

@Anonymous

Can you explain the chuck jaw a bit. Perhaps take a quick video and send the link.

You can use Screencast if you don't have anything....it's free.

You can always upload the MD file for use to look at as well.

Cheers,
