FeatureCAM 2025 was released today. Over the next few weeks, you will see FeatureCAM 2025 availability in your account. Please check your Autodesk Account to see when your entitlement is available for download.

In the meantime, you can review the Release Notes to see what is being delivered in FeatureCAM 2025.

When will Solidworks 2024 files be supported within FeatureCAM 2025? We recently upgraded our Solidworks to 2024 and now FeatureCAM is prompting an error while importing the new SolidWorks files saying: "Importing files from SolidWorks versions before 2006 is not supported."

We found the same thing last week. It is reported to Autodesk under ticket FCAM-6182. To get around the issue right now and keep using SW 2024, either save the file as a parasolid or use the new option in SW 2024 to save as a SW 2023 format or SW 20222 format.
